Children’s safety comes before everything else we do, including this website.

Online

• We never publish the exact location of any place where children are cared for: no street names, landmarks, maps or site plans.
• We strip location data from every photo before it goes online.
• We never show a child’s face without written consent from their family and a safeguarding sign-off.

On the ground

• Our safeguarding policy, background checks and training are written and done before the first child arrives.
• We’re looking for a safeguarding and child-protection lead, senior enough to stop us. Could that be you?

Raising a concern

If a child is in danger right now, contact the local police or emergency services first.

Then tell us through the Get in touch form. Start your message with the word “Safeguarding” so it reaches the right person first.
